Jeepney are the most popular means of public transportation in the Philippines.Transportation noisy, polluting, go anywhere, and colorful Philippines, the jeepney has become a symbol of the archipelago! Presentation, history, and stories!
The driver and owner of the jeepney often attaches great importance to the appearance of your vehicle: Each jeepney is painted with great care, flamboyant sensible to initially attract passengers, this practice has now become a duty, pride, the consequence is that these happy jeepneys are opposed in a beauty contest that speed on the roads of the Philippines.
the jeepneys go absolutely everywhere. It is common to cross rivers, landslides or mudslides.Sometimes a wheel can break, but passengers disembark while quietly watching, waiting without showing any impatience, and soon replaced the tire, back on board after 1 hour, sometimes more, as if nothing had happened.
